Wonderful dining experience with our family. We have small kids and our server Moe made us all feel very pampered! Accommodated our small kids off menu food requests and talked to our kids like little adults. All our meals were stunning and delicious!

One thing about Joeys in Sherwood Park is the consistency in everything from service to food etc. I love the team work, and everyone pitches in for one another! This seems to be the successful model which keeps me coming back.
It was a date night after a busy work week- Joeys was busy but we had booked and had a nice booth in the bar! Our waiter was Alex- he was incredible, attentive, not pushy, friendly but professionally! He made a dessert recommendation, which we ordered- we usually share dessert so ordered 1. We were there for close to 2 hours, catching up and chatting- no pressure from Alex or Alexa- the bar manager for us to leave! When we paid the bill - Alex said the dessert was complimentary! Service was excellent. The manager stopped by to check on us. The food was great but overpriced which is the new normal for Joeys, Earls, and Cactus. The problem we had was the AC blowing hard from the ceiling. Papers on the table were flying around. The manager tried to do something about it but it didn’t change. They really need to do something to fix it. My eyes were watering as if I’m outside on a windy day.

So very delicious! Their chicken dishes are all very good and also the steaks! Creme Brule cheesecake is lovely to finish with!
