Service was great Chris the night manager visited our table twice to check on our service and meal. My mom and aunt were very impressed , this being the first time at joeys for my aunt. We are from Lloydminster and I always need by joeys fix when in the city.
Love joey Sherwood service is good food is tasty staff are always friendly & nothing is too much trouble! Especially love Joe the manager he is so friendly & always keeps us updated on the menu.
Great customer service by Rebecca!!!! Our order came from delivery and pasta was shorted ravioli and prawns. We called, and Rebecca immediately spoke to the chef. Apologized for the error and she personally delivered another pasta dish (they were out of the ravioli). Husband said it was one of the best pasta meals he had ever had. Thank you Joey’s and thank you Rebecca. Our lettuce wraps were delicious as well.
while I have eaten in the restaurant pre-pandemic and loved it. but this review is for the pre-ordered Holiday dinner i picked up and had for Christmas this year. the ordering was easy, pick up was super easy and I didn't even have to leave my car. the staff working pickup were all very friendly. now for the food, I am beyond impressed with the quality of food! everything tasted delicious and with the easy to follow re-heating instructions nothing was dried out. Was my first time eating here tonight but it will definitely not be the last. Food was amazing, the staff were exceptional and that apple pie was heavenly. Absolutely my new favourite restaurant:)
