It was a date night after a busy work week- Joeys was busy but we had booked and had a nice booth in the bar! Our waiter was Alex- he was incredible, attentive, not pushy, friendly but professionally! He made a dessert recommendation, which we ordered- we usually share dessert so ordered 1. Service was excellent. The manager stopped by to check on us. The food was great but overpriced which is the new normal for Joeys, Earls, and Cactus. The problem we had was the AC blowing hard from the ceiling. Papers on the table were flying around. The manager tried to do something about it but it didn’t change. They really need to do something to fix it. My eyes were watering as if I’m outside on a windy day.

So very delicious! Their chicken dishes are all very good and also the steaks! Creme Brule cheesecake is lovely to finish with!

Ordered my steak medium and it was cooked all the way through an dry. Pasta was outstanding. It was a busy night and there was loud base heavy music -I assume to drown out chatter, but it made it much worse overall.
It’s a wonderful restaurant, the service and quality of food was outstanding. The only hold back is the prices in too many restaurants are almost prohibitive to dining out, and yet the quantity of food seems to be getting smaller. Love this restaurant and wish we could afford to come more often.

When we arrived the attendant told us that we have only an hour and half on our reservation because the restaurant is fully booked, but the guy who assisted us in our food order serviced us 5⭐️ he gave us enough time to celebrate my valentines day with my wife. Due to that kind of gesture he did to us, i have a peace of mind of not to hurry to finish our valentines dinner date.
