Very disappointed in your customer service falls representation of your restaurant! You do NOT welcome families, no change station in bathrooms for children! Costs have increased to ridiculous amount. Won’t be back.
Wife and I went there yesterday and she had the Farmers market and I have a regular burger . What a disappointment, we usually go to Joeys in Mayfield common there it’s a true Farmers Market salad with lots and lots of food the one in Sherwood Park was a very small salad and my burger tasted like a Walmart patty burger overloaded with lettuce . Horrible food to say the least but our waitress was very good so kudos to her.
Disappointed! Due to the recent crash in DoorDash. I didn’t receive my food. Why didn’t anyone call/email/text me. I ordered my food from your website, used your system. I didn’t sign up to use DoorDash. Your company decided to use their services not me. How am I suppose to know that the service is down and nothing is getting delivered. It should of been Joey’s calling me not me calling them. Common sense when all the food is still sitting at your restaurant and no delivery person has showed up in the last hour or so. ... read more
