They don't have the lobster grilled cheese anymore... super disappointing! Nothing else on the menu compares. Won't be going there anymore.
Atmosphere is second to none, love what they have created here. Food is usually very consistent as well. However, service definitely lacks! Which, for me, is half of the experience. Between managers and servers, there were 8 ppl on the floor, only 6 tables occupied at the time, something terribly wrong with this equation. Joeys continues to hold the best restaurant in Sherwood Park, however, with The Keg opening this May and a few others, they need to step up their game.
The meal was amazing! The server was great until she started to count the money we gave her at the table Lol I am a server and I know that that is a big NO NO . Everything was perfect until you did that !! you don't know how badly I just wanted to pluck out 20$ while you were counting it .

Always loved this place till yesterday. Got some bad food poisoning. The last 20 hours have been awful. Would never recommend this spot to anybody.
Waited 20mins to get out order taken, but we had to ask as the server walked by. Sitting with empty glasses! Servers-after-servers walking by us. This location is a shit hole!!
For building such a huge and expensive restaurant and you only have 1 men toilet. That too is so bloody small that you can barely move. Is this washroom barrier free for people with special needs? How do you fit a wheel chair here? There is no coat hanger nor anywhere to hang anything. Please learn from Cactus or any other restaurant.
