We got our food before our drinks. And she. Asking the waitress for water they brought one glass of water to the table and we were a party of five. When I asked for another water she was very condescending towards us. Without having to say anything this was acknowledged by the management and it was corrected in a timely manner. I had never experienced this before I had always had great service at this location.
They have very good service at this particular restaurant however there is a huge discrepancy and consistency issue with respect to portion sizes. As a comparison I often eat at a number of Joey‘s locations in Vancouver and the chilli chicken appetizer are for the most part double the size that one gets with the same order in Sherwood Park… I ordered two chilli chicken appetizers today.
