Love Joey's! Food and service is always excellent.
Received wrong food, server seemed inconvenienced, we were all charged wrong as well.
6 of us - had reservations for a high table. Squished us into a booth Server didn’t clear empty glasses or plates. Probably our worst service ever at joeys. We normally love the place.
Music extremely loud. Forgot drinks and the 1 drink that should have been a frozen drink was melted when it came. Prime Rib sandwich and Lobster pasta were cold when received. Yes, it was Valentines but management should have been prepared better taking in the fact that it was a special day. Felt very rushed to order and get out.
Went with a friend for supper and to catch up. Was not impressed that they told us we had 2 hours only. They eventually agreed we could stay longer if we needed but we felt rushed the whole time we were there. 2nd strike is the fact that their Happy Hour is only for the lounge which was 4 feet away from where we were sitting. When we asked to sit in there we were told sorry it's full. So you have a special but it only applies to half your restaurant... Overall the food was good but not a pleasant experience.
Food was wonderful, but the timing was not. My son got his appetizer and his meal, which he ate, before anyone else received their dinners. The waitress did offer free French fries, but it was not great timing.
Booked for the lounge in a booth. Upon arrival 3 new booths where just sitting and nothing available for us. Moving us to the restaurant side. Which had very slow drink and food service. Server was nice just not the typical service we get on the bar side.
The service was not good went to celebrate my birthday not one person said happy birthday. Did not get offered anything drink coffee dessert for my birthday. The waiter keep saying sorry for not being there . Did not ask how our food was nothing . Will not be back
Just bad service.... I think these servers should go eat at a Bodega restaurant and take notes. Hostess sat us down, took a quick drink order and i ordered deep fried gyoza.... LONG wait before our server showed her face. Even longer wait for the waters and gyoza (which were not punched in with the deep fried memo)... We then ordered our food and waited a while for the food which is whatever... the cherry on top was how rushed we felt to get out of there....
