Service and food were great. Not happy being charged for more lettuce for my lettuce wrap. I received a very small amount of. My bowl was still full. I requested more lettuce. Not aware of the added fee

Had the worst experience at Joeys Sherwood last night with my family. We always go to the location in south common because their service/food is the best but due to Mother’s Day everything was fully booked so we had to choose this location. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time and didn’t get seated until 10-15 minutes after because our table wasn’t clean. We had a lot of mix up with our food and getting what we had ordered. My grandson did not receive his salad and blackened chicken until we were all done. Fries were missed and also the bread. We were charged twice for the blackened chicken. We had to bring it to the attention of the waitress and took a couple of times to have it all corrected.

Was disappointed in the service. Took a long time to get drinks as well as reorder drinks. Food was slow getting to the table as was not up to par as we’ve had in the past .

Went for a birthday and was told that something would be organized such as a song and or a free desert. Neither came. Service was also very slow.

We love Joey and that’s why it was my daughter’s choice for her birthday celebration on a Monday night. Our waiter was not attentive at all. There was minimal interaction if at all. Not checking in or asking if any refill beverages were wanted. He did not make our 3 tables aware that he was going on a break leaving us on our own when we were well finished our meals wanting to order desert. This was our first bad experience, hopefully not a trend.
For the price of the meal I expected a lot more. The portion size was small.
We got our food before our drinks. And she. Asking the waitress for water they brought one glass of water to the table and we were a party of five. When I asked for another water she was very condescending towards us. Without having to say anything this was acknowledged by the management and it was corrected in a timely manner. I had never experienced this before I had always had great service at this location.
