Had a great night out at Joey Shipyards. Chelsea, the hostess manager, greeted us and escorted us to our table. She made us smile and felt welcome before the server came! We will be back.

The food was just alright. I ordered a steak which had quite a few sinewy, inedible parts. Even cut very thinly I was having to spit parts out. Joey’s, you should offer a higher end cut of steak, like sirloin. This would allow guests to choose a small steak which they can consume without the embarrassment of spitting food into a napkin. The food was generally ok but in particular the new cobb salad was tasty enough but it looked very strange. Was tjat grated parmesan cheese onn the salad? There were yellow cherry tomatoes in the shaved cheese - I thought they were hardboiled eggs! We were sitting by the window next to the outdoor seating. It wa way too loud.

We celebrated our anniversary at Joey Shipyard and had an amazing experience. Our server Raul was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and great at recommending wine and dishes. The steaks were rich and flavorful (a bit salty for my taste), and the atmosphere was lively while still giving us a quiet corner. We also appreciated the complimentary champagne and dessert for our anniversary. A memorable night—highly recommend!

We had a fantastic night celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. JOEY Shipyards served us a delicious dinner, complete with a birthday cake and a wonderful dessert. The atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion.
