My friends and I celebrated one of our birthdays yesterday with lunch at Joey's Shipyard. From the front desk staff to our server/bartender Sam and the day manager Mike the service was exceptional. They went out of their way to make it a special occasion for us. We all had the same entre, Steak frite. It was excellent and the steaks were cooked perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending this spot for any occasion. The ambience, location, food and service are truly exceptional. Diane M.

Disappointing Change to the Menu We dine at Joeys every couple of months and have always enjoyed the great ambiance and excellent service. Our most recent visit was no exception—our server was fantastic, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. However, we were disappointed to see that the Avocado Dip had been removed from the menu and replaced with a hummus entrée. Joeys is one of my favorite restaurants. However, my most recent meal was a hamburger. All I could taste was salt which completely ruined the burger.
