I adore Joey South Common: specifically this location. I love the food, the service, the atmosphere. I loved their lounge before renovations, but the heated patio is even better now. I’ve done multiple events there: bdays, dates, business meetings. Everything is great! ☺️☺️☺️ Staff is always very caring and helpful, they are genuinely interested to please you and the salmon crushed herbs and their steak are great. 😊 I also love their Sangria, one of the best Sangrias in Edmonton 😎😊

Having dined at Joey over 50 times, primarily ordering the steak, I visited again last night and selected the Joey Classic steak with broccoli and crispy mashed potatoes. I rate this experience a 10/10, as both my partner's steak and my own were prepared to a perfect medium-rare and possessed an excellent texture. I'd highly recommend the Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio white wine; it keeps us coming back!

My friend has celiac spruce. Joey’s was able to accommodate her dietary restrictions. We both enjoyed fish tacos , which were great!

Server Bella was good over all. I asked if the could change the tv to the football or hockey game. She said she’d ask the man but never followed through. Also, steak was cold and felt I didn’t get enough veggies. Most of all the gift cards didn’t work. One of the major reasons we came was to use the gift cards. Super annoying.

Another great experience! Our server Heather was great and was constantly following up with us. She went out of her way to ensure I received the full effect of a smoked old fashion, as the original wood chips were damp. Once she found out we were also celebration my birthday she presented me with a piece of cheesecake. Amazing as always !
