Walked in wasn’t greeted. Stood in line for like 5 minutes with 3 employees in front of us.. “Hello how are you we will be with you momentarily” completely understandable I would have happily and patiently waited 10 min. But instead Ignored us for 5 min. People behind me as there was now a queue also looked frustrated. Until I purposefully and a little loudly said who are we even waiting for. We’ve dined at Joey Woodland Hills several times and it’s always top notch, from the service to the food and drinks, everything is excellent. We will definitely be back.
Had a great experience. The food was excellent, and our service was stellar. Our server made great recommendations and we loved everything we tried. Will definitely be back again.
Everyone was friendly, polite and accommodating. Julianna and our server were wonderful.
