Had tune up cost was extremely high due to labor cost mainly. We would have liked to known beforehand that this procedure would cost this much. Although they implied in conversation with my husband that it wasn't bad price for one hundred thousand mile work it was a shock the cost was almost $550.
Service personnel are great to work with. My only complaint is the price. Bruce and Jamie are wonderful!

It was a little different going there after Diane left she was good in the service department.

With this being my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer. Toni and the folks at John Hinderer Ford made the process really simple and straight forward. I'm very pleased with the Ranger, and the Ice Cream was a nice touch to top it off.
