Everyone was polite and my sales person was very helpful. I was able to meet several other key personnel, the general manager, the controller and the owner, at the dealer, they collectively made my visit one of the best car buying experiences ever. No discounts, way too high on prices. $60 for just an oil chg is too much.
The dealers is under new management so this is the first time in. Ford fast lane was not fast.
Called and asked if they could look at my tired that had gotten a screw in it. The service team said bring it in and they took care of the hole. Patched me up and had me back on the road .
