My husband and I just purchased our first home with the help of John and the Mayhue Mortgage team! As a young couple, this entire process was new to us. John and his team were so helpful and explained everything simply. They were also very realistic with us about the process. John and his team not only crushed the rates the competitors were trying to give me but they were also able to close on the date we wanted even when it was on such a short notice. Other Lenders told me that i would not be able to get such a low rate and that it would be denied at underwriting but John and his team made the experience extremely pleasent and stress free all while being able to get me a rate so low that i didnt even think I would be able to get it and he was able to have my closing costs comoletely covered!
