John provided a level of service I haven't seen anywhere else. He made it easy for me to understand the entire process with his detailed and easy to understand explanation of what I should expect.
John is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the industry and I knew I could trust him throughout the whole lending process. He helped me to understand the closing statement and make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for up front. It was a seamless process.
