We appreciated how helpful and available John was at all times. John was always pleasant, listened to and answered our questions to the best of ability and got answers for questions he couldn't answer immediately. We felt comfortable working with John and felt he operated with integrity and concern for our needs. The only difficulty we had was in getting a correct final disclosure prior to closing, but we don't know if John had any control over that. We were very pleased with John's efforts.
