John gives off a very good vibe with the right mix of professionalism and friendliness that really clicks with me. He helped me by anticipating questions I would have and was responsive when I did have questions. I can tell that he's very knowledgeable and has access to a good team to help make things easy.

We appreciated how helpful and available John was at all times. John was always pleasant, listened to and answered our questions to the best of ability and got answers for questions he couldn't answer immediately. We felt comfortable working with John and felt he operated with integrity and concern for our needs. The only difficulty we had was in getting a correct final disclosure prior to closing, but we don't know if John had any control over that. We were very pleased with John's efforts.
John was amazing, he answered all our questions and really walked us though the process of buy our home during a really crazy time. We really enjoyed working with John.
All the loan details went smoothly and we were able to have a closing that was on time and without any complications. Thank you John!
