John was always available for me even during my crazy work schedule. Was very nice and explained everything very clear for me as a first time home buyer.
All the communication and assistance along the way! Sending updates and info throughout the process. We had a longer than normal closing period and John kept us in the loop the whole time while keeping an eye on rates to inform us as needed! Great experience and would recommend and/or work with John again!
John was very prompt in returning phone calls, emails and answering any questions that we had. He was very friendly made us feel like family. We will absolutely use him again.

Good communication of what we needed to provide to qualify for the loan. We felt a bit blindsided when the final re-appraisal wasn't ready in time and we had to postpone our closing for a couple of days, but we got it done.
