I was really impressed by your three associates. Justin, Oliver, and Ken gave me their undivided attention. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. . I was traveling and visiting your showroom three times from Jefferson, Ohio. They all had patience with me in purchasing my flex steel lounge chair. Ken was able to help me decide on the fabric. She made me aware of an extra savings with the military discount and this clinched the deal. We made arrangements for pickup as soon as chair comes to store from Pittsburgh.
