I'm dealing into the store, my husband and I walked through both John V and Ashley without anyone saying hello and asking if we needed anything. We were there for a solid 20 minutes until Candy approached us. After that we had a great experience. She was kind apologetic and helpful. We went back and purchased a sofa and two chairs when she was there. While we waited for her to be done with another client, we again had no one approach us. I saw 3 workers sitting at a desk. I explained my situation with associate Julie, & she was very understanding about everything. She really helped me find the best chair to fit my needs. I told her what happened at another furniture store, & she was very determined to get me exactly what I needed. I was VERY happy with her knowledge about the furniture she sells. 5 star saleswoman!
