We were lucky enough to have Oliver greet us at the door and provide us with over the top customer service. He was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and pieces. He showed and demonstrated many features of the couches we were interested in. He even accommodated my disability (maneuvering my wheelchair) in between the aisles. I can't compliment Oliver enough about our sales experience. John V. We were happy to have Patrick in Erie Pa. as our salesman. He seems to be very honest and helpful without being pushy. The showroom is set up well , neat and clean with a lot of items to see and choose from. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back in the future if and when more items are needed.
