Dr Yoo always makes me feel comfortable, seen and heard. He listens and asks questions to fix the problem. A competent and professional ent. Would recommend.
Dr. Yoo and his staff is amazing. Took my 7 year old daughter Hyln a year and a half ago, she had such a great experience with the doctor and staff I had to bring her back. Highly recommend very friendly and kind hearted. Quick response, took his time to make sure hyln left with clean ears and felt comfortable. Will always use him for any of mine or my kids ear issues.
Dr. Yoo was very nice and helpful! Will recommend to everyone to go see him :) Diana the MA was extremely nice as well. Front staff, very friendly and welcoming.
I’ve had lifelong problems with my right ear: multiple ear infections, skin graph on my eardrum, tubes several times, ruptured my eardrum too many times to count. I recently started having severe pain again and thought the current tube in my ear got pushed in or something. I’m compelled to write a review because I recently had a visit with Dr. Yoo, and he exceeded every expectation. I had a medical issue that I was very concerned about, and Dr. Yoo was extremely thorough during the exam, HE called me after hours to let me know what my x-ray results were, and he was very personable/caring. He is truly an asset to the field. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
