Not a stiff neck. Very easy to talk too
Dr Yoo is very personable and knowledgeable. I felt like he really wanted to help me get better and he spent time explaining everything to me. His office staff was excellent also! My husband goes to him for allergies and he has really helped him. I would recommend him for anyone with problems with ear, nose or throat or allergies.
Dr. Yoo was extremely outgoing and understanding. His professionalism is exceptional and it was a pleasure being treated by him. There's a reason he's a 5 star Dr!!
I consider Dr. Yoo as one of the best ENTs! I was referred to Dr. Yoo - and to my surprise a lot of my colleagues went to him as well. Dr. Yoo has always listened to my concerns from my first appointment and has answered them in a way that I can understand medical terminology. If you are looking for an ENT that truly cares about his patients, Dr. Yoo is that doctor! Him and his office staff will go out of their way to help patients.
