John is exceptional in his knowledge, professionalism and customer service. he explained the process from the start very well, and set the right expectations and game plan. He presented all different options in every step and explained very well the pros and cons of each option, provided his opinion and allowed me to make the decision. This is not my first purchase or loan, so I have dealt with a few loan officers, John is by far the best experience.
