responsiveness and prompt review of the file. The only issue I am having is that i asked for a funding of the 25th and it was sill set up for the 26th. We are not able to fund and record the same day in certain counties so something is got to change in regards to closing (signing vs recording) because you are not giving us enough time to fund same day and sometimes he county will not allow us to record special the same day.
