I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. I used the chat to make contact. The chat let the dealership know I was interested. I received a text within 20 minutes from Douglas who put me in contact with Jonathan a salesman. Both were wonderful! We went to see the vehicle after work. Jonathan had the car waiting for us to look at and test drive. He had researched everything on the car and had lots of great information for us. We test drove the vehicle and really liked it. We came inside to talk numbers. Jonathan was very helpful and tried his very best to get us the deal we wanted. The finance manager, Nick came out and spoke with us about the deal we could do. He was down to earth and respectful. After talking for a while we decided to do business with Johnson City Ford. Overall great experience! The receptionist even bought us a snack! We did not want to accept but she insisted. We met one of the men who details the cars. He was very nice as well. I would recommend Johnson City Ford to anyone. It was a great experience. Go see Jonathan! He is great! No pressure and easy going!

Customer I just bought my second vehicle from Johnsoncity Ford .. first one at old location and second from new location ! Love the new facility and the atmosphere is great !!! Just had a wonderful experience at Johnson City Ford.We were assisted by a young man named Johnathan S. who was top notch. Very attentive, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend searching him down on the lot for a fabulous buying experience. In addition, Nick the finance guy did a great job explaining everything and also a very nice guy to boot! The rest of the staff were all very nice, we were given a fair price on our purchase as well as a good trade in price. Very happy with our experience and would definitely do it again!

I just had my car their for a recall everybody was very helpful especially the guy in the service department Chuck he took care of my car and made sure everything was fixed and called as soon as it was done,I would go back again if I had a problem with my car I trust every one their completely.

Cannot say enough amazing things about Nate Painter and all the people who helped me with my recent Jeep purchase! It wasn't what I was originally going for but now I can't imagine not having it. From start to finish, he was very knowledgeable and made everything so easy and stress free in car buying, which is rare! I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle purchase!
