Caleb was outstanding to work with
Mike, the salesman, was patient - I looked at 5 different cars; he answered all my questions. The offer on my trade was agreeable (the first offer - there was no back and forth). He and the finance rep, Nick, we’re both understanding while I multi-tasked with my finance and insurance reps through my headset, while reading/ signing papers. It was a good experience.

I really want to thank my salesman, Blade, for all his help on March 31st when I came to pick up my new Ford Bronco. I ordered it July 16, 2020, and FINALLY it arrived at Johnson City Ford. Blade was very knowledgeable, explaining everything on the Bronco to me. I appreciate Blades patience answering questions for me over the phone since I took possession of my Bronco!
