I would like to say that what was a disaster of a dealing turned into a better situation thanks to the general manager, Shane Terrell. He went above and beyond to make a bad situation better. Alex Middleton and the financial officer were great to work with for the purchase of a new Crolla hybrid was excellent. Have no experience with the service department to this date.
