I had a great visit. Got what I wanted at a great price. Excellent customer service
It's hard to find new vehicles right now because supply is low and demand is high, but Johnson City Toyota made it a painless process for us. Jim Landreth and Joe LaBrecque were excellent throughout the entire process, and they kept us up-to-date on what was happening with their incoming stock while we waited for our new van to arrive. Aaron Keene and Dylan Ratliff couldn't have made the financing process any easier. This won't be the last vehicle we purchase from Johnson City Toyota.
