Brent and Marcy were very helpful with questions, sales, and financing. Chris did a great job showing us how to set up and hook up everything in the rv we purchased. Even their accessories were fairly priced and the guys there were quite knowledgeable. We love our RV and are very happy with Johnson RV in Medford.

we purchased a Nash 17K, Nick our salesman was wonderful! Marcy in Finance is so knowledgeable and friendly it was a great experience. Jeff the GM is fantastic and took good care of us. We recently purchased a new 2024 Entrada M-Class from Johnson RV in Medford, OR. Although we could have purchased this motorhome much closer to our home in Washington State, we elected to drive 300 miles to Medford because of the outstanding service provided by the RV Outfitter, Brent Espinosa. Just completed the delivery today on our new Mercedes Sprinter Van from Johnson RV. They are wonderful people and have a very large selection of attractive inventory and my sales people Colby and Brent were super helpful and knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I as we are first time RV owners. Over the years I have purchased a few RV's. I've had some good experiences and some I rather forget. I can honestly say my purchase this week at Johnson RV was by far the best. From the moment I got out of my car a friendly Dan Edland greeted me. I wanted to look at a specific model they had and Ed was able to give me some highlights as we walked. We purchased a brand new RV from Johnson RV in July 2025, and the most significant issues have been how our unit was handled while in their possession for warranty service. What should have remained a new RV has instead become a materially compromised unit due to negligent handling and repeated service-related issues while at their facility. These people are either totally inept or they are liars and cheats. I purchased a vehicle from them and they were more concerned in "teaching" me how to use the awning than in telling me that the company which made the lithium battery had gone out of business the year before. I left the vehicle with them many days on several occasions before they finally blamed me for the problem. I even bought the extended warranty which they refused to help me recoup my costs. They installed two lithium batteries for my new camper van. The batteries never charged while driving(as I was told they would). When I called, they tried to sell me a DC DC charger when the new van already had this lithium compatible item installed!!! Now, on a trip over 1000 miles from home, it sits in a shop so an actual RV repair man can correctly wire the batteries to the charger and the chassis.
