We had a wonderful experience with all of the local Johnson RV Team- from the Sales to Business Office to Service Dept!! It only became stressful due to the lack of safety/communication during transport of our Rpod 195 from California branch. Unfortunately their Gilroy California branch made a simple transaction turn into over a month of delays due to repairs needed upon being received in Medford- in order to make our Rig safe for Local Dealership to actually sell to us.
