We purchased a brand new RV from Johnson RV in July 2025, and the most significant issues have been how our unit was handled while in their possession for warranty service. These people are either totally inept or they are liars and cheats. I purchased a vehicle from them and they were more concerned in "teaching" me how to use the awning than in telling me that the company which made the lithium battery had gone out of business the year before. I left the vehicle with them many days on several occasions before they finally blamed me for the problem. I even bought the extended warranty which they refused to help me recoup my costs. They installed two lithium batteries for my new camper van. The batteries never charged while driving(as I was told they would). When I called, they tried to sell me a DC DC charger when the new van already had this lithium compatible item installed!!! Now, on a trip over 1000 miles from home, it sits in a shop so an actual RV repair man can correctly wire the batteries to the charger and the chassis. I found a class C Motorhome on RV Trader that we were looking for. Closer examination revealed the coach had theater seats instead of the booth dinette. This was not the floor plan we wanted. However viewing the coach must have alerted Johnson Rv and I received a call from a salesman asking if I was interested in this particular coach. Do not go there for service. Wasted a week of my time, got absolutely nothing - no quote, no estimate, zero work was done. The service tech told me that I should have "decided what I wanted before dropping it off." I said I did decide and had sent a link of the part to multiple different people there (in text and email) prior and after dropping it off but I had wanted to get some ideas if there are better options available. Tried to purchase a RV here received a quote and then they passed me off to another salesman that then came back with a higher selling price to the tune of $7,000 higher, oh boy, and honestly they were about $10,000 higher than the quotes I received from other dealers. Then received a email and phone call stating the unit had been signfically reduce oh boy another mistake it wasn't even the same unit we were dealing on!! Can't comment on their service but wasn't happy with the sales department.
