I found a class C Motorhome on RV Trader that we were looking for. Closer examination revealed the coach had theater seats instead of the booth dinette. This was not the floor plan we wanted. However viewing the coach must have alerted Johnson Rv and I received a call from a salesman asking if I was interested in this particular coach. Do not go there for service. Wasted a week of my time, got absolutely nothing - no quote, no estimate, zero work was done. The service tech told me that I should have "decided what I wanted before dropping it off." I said I did decide and had sent a link of the part to multiple different people there (in text and email) prior and after dropping it off but I had wanted to get some ideas if there are better options available. Tried to purchase a RV here received a quote and then they passed me off to another salesman that then came back with a higher selling price to the tune of $7,000 higher, oh boy, and honestly they were about $10,000 higher than the quotes I received from other dealers. Then received a email and phone call stating the unit had been signfically reduce oh boy another mistake it wasn't even the same unit we were dealing on!! Can't comment on their service but wasn't happy with the sales department.
