More communication and transparency throughout the process. Sending a text message on a Friday and being unreachable for the weekend up until I close is unacceptable. Not being available to fully explain processes and me having to rely on my realtor to do so is also unacceptable. Requesting a client to sign loan documents that are incorrect is mind blowing.
