Jon is an amazing communicator! We always knew exactly where we were with our loan, exactly what was needed and why, and he was very good at making sure we understood what to expect. Through The whole process, which lasted five months, he was quick to return calls & emails. He was patient while explaining complicated situations to us, and gave us very sound advice. We followed all of his advice without any regrets. My husband and I both have a "mortgage crush" on Jon Shafer!
