Jon took time to explain the whole refi process to me and my wife and kept us updated the whole time. He got us a great rate too. During the final signing with the notary, he didn’t have to, but showed up to ensure key documents were accurate for the loan. We appreciated him taking time to do that for us. Overall, he is a great person to deal with and I would use him again in a heartbeat!
