With that, the appraisal came in low, and thebuyer was able to get the home at the apprasied value - it was a curve ball that worked out very well because your team performed quickly to counter the buyer's delay. Being able to speak with different people who were involved in the loan process (i.e., Roberta Perone (Closer)). I work hard for each of my clients. I take full advantage of both Lender Credits and Seller/Builder Concessions to help my clients keep more money in their pocket.
