I have told Jordan this directly, but you need to know that PRMG has the best blend of tech with great personal service that I have found. It seems like some wholesale lenders have invested heavily in their websites, but don't have the talent in personnel to back it up. This is the first loan I have sent to PRMG for quite some time. I had some not so great experiences in the past....during 2020...primarily lack of communication throughout a couple transactions, as well as disappearing underwriters. I must say this time around, complete 180. Jordan has always been great...but the entire team on this loan was overly communicative and provided a great service. I have since sent a couple more deals your way. Please keep up the great work!
