Had a VA deal originally with UWM.. DTI was 57% from start and I was unaware of UWM's 50% DTI overlay at the time, found out in UW there... Pulled it from UWM halfway through and submitted to PRMG (who has no DTI overlay on VA).. App moved to PRMG 11/18, submitted to UW 11/20, conditional approval on 11/21 & closed on 12/4!!! (16 day turnaround, with a holiday week)!!! Best experience I've had with a lender as a broker so far! Jordan and his team are super responsive & work with you and care!
