We had trouble getting verification on an asset statement on this file - this has happened to me before (it;s my 20th year as an LO, so I've seen a lot), but I have never had an underwriter step in an handle the situation as Ms. Chronister did - had she not pressed for us, this deal couldn't have closed on time.
