My only criticism is the current turn times. 2 solid refinances both needed rate lock extensions due to the turn times. The biggest being the turn time to get a CD out. This should be able to happen within 4-6 hours and many wholesalers allow the broker to generate the CD. 3 days to get a cd out and so many conditions that are needed prior to CD, will almost always require a lock extension unless UW is complete within the first week without prior to CD conditions.
