The third party processor for this loan unfortunately was not very good and they made quite a few mistakes, causing the loan to close late...and could have closed later but you guys rallied and got us clear to close, docs out and funding all within a few hours! And if that hadn’t happened, my borrowers would have had to wait two more days over the weekend to get their home. You fixed a situation that someone else messed up. The teamwork between all of you was amazing. I appreciate you so much!
