We submitted a turn down from another lender to PRMG on a Monday and we had our clear to close on Thursday! Everyone involved was wonderful and did exactly what they said they would do. The Underwriter understood the situation and helped us with a "make sense" approach. They really saved the day for our borrower!

The only thing I would say I do not like is the other lenders we do business with are MI underwriters so we do not have to wait for a second approval after we get the clear to close from the underwriter.
