Jordan got me pre approved same day . He was absolutely awesome ! Professional and kind. He made sure you text me to see if I was avail before calling and put me in contact with an awesome agent who also same day got me a viewing of the home I’ve been looking into.
I was in contact with Jordan and his team for a short time, but I was impressed with how quickly they responded to everything I asked. They were able to provide me with pre-approval letter as well as monthly payment estimate in few hours. I was very happy with that. Any question I asked they answered very quickly. I got everything I needed in record time. I ultimately decided to go with different lender because it was someone we knew and Jordan and his team were very professional about it and didn’t give us any issues.
