Jordan called me immediately when I showed an interest on line for a home mortgage. He also followed up with e-mails. After having the application rejected by two lenders we realized that we were not exactly ideal candidates for a home loan at the time. Well, probably foreign capital gains, as a primary source of income, didn't make the loan application straightforward in the eyes of some underwriters. We contacted more banks and brokers.
