The sale of our property in Camarillo presented unique challenges as it was part of an estate trust for which I am executor. This was a probate property and he had a lot of legal forms to submit to my lawyer. The lawyer was very amazed and happy with the professional way that Jose's agency submitted correct legal documentation. I was very happy and surprised at how fast this property sold (1 week) and how fast closing was completed(within 3 weeks)! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a realtor. I know my lawyer will be referring her clients as well!
