So happy that Jose Liz and his team found us and took over a process that would not have taken so much longer. My sister and I do not live anywhere near Oxnard. He knows his business and his market. He listened and came up up with a plan. His staff is not only knowledgeable but warm and they fulfilled everything we needed to complete the sale. Without traveling to the ares, if had another property we would trust in him to sell it at the best price.

Very knowledgeable and great customer service. The first time we put the house for sale with a different real estate agency, it was on the market for a year and it did not sell. Then we went with Jose from Remax and he was able to sell it within the month. I like the fact that we would get weekly updates of what was going on. We are very happy with the services the Remax Team provided. Thank you so much not only to Jose, but also to Camilla and Mariela for all their help.

I highly recommend Jose and his friendly, efficient team. I needed to sell my home quickly for health reasons. Jose found me a cash buyer within the first 10 days and everything proceeded smoothly from there. Whenever I was unsure of something either Jose or Mariella in the office were quick to respond and give an explanation to my questions. I would use the Morales Group again. They are very knowledgeable and good communicators.
