Our experience with Joe as our mortgage broker was exceptional. He delivered impeccable service from start to finish. He was honest, well spoken, personable and very knowledgeable in every aspect in purchasing a new home from inspections to closings to expected rates and lawyer recommendations. His team is knowledgeable and accurate in all the Information they gave to us during the process. The best part is that we closed much sooner than expected!!!
We did dual closings. Joe handled our new mortgage. From start to finish Joe was superb. Explained the process answered any and every questions we had, and we had a lot. Joseph is an Honest, no-nonsense, straight to the point guy. He closed our loan within the space of two weeks. We schedule to see him on Saturday 03/17/2018 and he promised that we'll close in 21 days, but to our amazement, we closed the loan on Thursday 03/29/2018 which is just 13 days from the first contact.
