My experience with Dr. Lampert and his staff was amazing. He takes his time to explain in detail any questions or doubts about the surgery. His staff is always cheerful and understanding. I am so happy with the results of my surgery!! Lampert Plastic Surgery is the best!!
I recently had capsulectomy (breast implant removed with capsule) with breast lift which was performed by Dr. Lampert. His staff was very friendly and helpful. Natasha awesome caring nurse. I made a consultation almost a month in advance. Two weeks before my appointment I called to cancel because a personal problem came up and I had to go go back home, out of Miami, so I couldn’t keep the appointment. I asked the receptionist to refund my $100. She said it was no problem. It’s been a week, with several calls. They still haven’t refunded my $100 consultation fee 2 weeks before appointment. I gave my card information over the phone twice.
Dr. Lampert is truly amazing! His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail is incredible. His office is beautiful and his staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. He's the only board certified plastic surgeon I trust (which is saying a lot because I also work in the medical field). I have now referred many friends and family and every single one of them is beyond happy with their results.
