I brought a complex problem to Dr. Gershtenson that 4 other medical providers had steered me down a rabbit trail of no relief. He was not afraid to dive in, perform a procedure, and steer me down a healthy path to healing. I am very grateful for him.
Dr. Gershtenson took the time to review my case. He explained different ways of treatment and listened to all my questions. I felt very heard and satisfied.
He listens to me and he explains my situation to me in a way I can understand. He makes me feel like I matter and he doesn’t make me feel like I’m just another patient.
I received excellent care from check in to checkout. Dr. Gershtenson and the staff were kind and efficient. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Gershtenson took time to explain my problem and the treatment. He listens well and answered all of my questions.
