Dr Gershtenson and staff were prompt and thorough throughout the whole appointment. Additionally, Dr Gershtenson took the time to review his diagnosis and options for treatment while make sure I was involved in the decision process.
He took the time to talk to me, listen, talk to me about the problem and explain everything completely making sure I understood the procedure.
I went to Dr Gershtenson for a second opinion. He took a great deal of time with me and explained what was going on. Leo’s and cons. What he would do and why etc. I felt heard and he listened. I will continue treatment with him
