Julian went above and beyond to help get me approved, work financials around to get me a reasonable monthly payment (which was very important to me), and was available all hours to help me through purchasing my first home. Julian was absolutely amazing to work with during the mortgage process. He creatively found financing for me in a somewhat non-conventional context, and everyone at the company moved quickly to accommodate my schedule and close on time.
