Julian knocked it out of the park with our first home purchase. He was on top of his game start to finish and answered any questions we had before we even knew we had them. Super knowledgeable and accessible and always kept us in the loop of every detail and step that he and we had to go through. I've heard horror stories of the home buying process and while dealing with Julian I honestly can say those stories were all fake because everything was almost so easy it didn't seem real. 10/10

My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and Julian was an exceptional person to work with. He was able to explain everything in layman's terms and his communication was remarkable. Julian has excellent communication skills and made sure all steps of the process went smoothly. I really wanted to close early and we were able to make it happen in 23 days. Expectations were clear from the start. There were no surprises. Julian is very knowledgeable and great at answering questions. Signing a lot of documents electronically was so helpful during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend Julian to everyone. He is also well versed in down payment assistance programs.

Buying a house is a big deal anytime but during a pandemic? Whew. Julian and his team made the experience go so smoothly. We were preapproved for a loan, Docusign made all the paperwork much easier, and the notary came to our house for the closing paperwork. We were able to close in a month and will be in our new house before Christmas. We had a great experience with Julian and wound work with him again.

What started as an semi-exploratory quest to buy a house ended in us moving in our house in a month. I contacted Julian right after seeing a house that essentially closed right when I saw it, he walked us through the buying process, essentially approving us immediately and sending us on our way to find that house. He was very approachable, responsive to our inquiries.
