Julie is such an amazing mortgage banker! This is actually our second time going with her, because we had such a positive experience the first time, even though she changed banks in the five years since we last worked with her. Julie was great to work with! This was my third home purchase, and she was by far the best banker I have worked with. You are often hooked by a nice banker and then handed off to someone that might not really care much. This was not the case, while she did get assistance from other employees, Julie was active every step of the way. We were also thrown a curve ball by a VA appraiser, but Julie was quick to do research and provide feedback in every scenario.
